RENTAL FARE DISCOUNT
- We apply a 10% discount for reservation longer than 7 days.
We apply a 20% discount for reservation longer than 30 days.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The reservation must be longer than 3 days.
- We cannot accept reservation with less than 2 days advance.
- Normal arrival time are from 16.00 to 20.00, different arrival time need to be arranged with us at the reservation time.
- Normal departure time are before 10.00, different departure time need to be arranged with us at the reservation time.
- Each modification to a confirmed reservation must be requested and will be accepted only if allowed by other reservations.
- If you decide to shorten your reservation you’ll be required to pay for the previous length if you make the change less than two month before the reservation date.
- The owner reserve the right to inspect the property at any time to preserve the cleanliness and integrity of the villa.
- When you decide to book the apartment you’ll be asked to send an advanced payment of 25% of total holiday cost.
- The reservation is considered confirmed when we receive the advanced payment.
- The advanced payment need to be received by us within 10 days after a successfull reservation request made by yourself on our web site, after this time the reservation will be cancelled.
- You have to pay the balance of your staying here at the villa at the check-in.
By the customer
if you want to delete a reservation the advanced payment will be returned only if you do so at least two month before the reservation check-in date, if you cancel it after this time the advanced payment will be kept.
By the owner
in the remote eventuality we have to cancel a reservation due to serious reason only ( unpredictable or catastrofic events ) and if an acceptable alternative is not found than the owner will refound all money paid.
